Janet M. Bock, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC,

Jan Bock brings over four decades of dedication and expertise to her role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dually certified in Family Practice and Psychiatry, Jan has focused on mental health since earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in 2005. Her journey in nursing began in 1979, spanning multiple healthcare settings and enriching her ability to treat a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses.

A lifelong Nebraskan, Jan grew up on a farm in Southeast Nebraska, where her deep-rooted connection to agriculture began. Today, she continues to honor those ties while embracing her passions: gardening, traveling, cooking, spending time with her adult children, and caring for her beloved Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

In her psychiatric practice, Jan specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma. She sees patients aged 10 to 99, offering care in person or via telehealth, based on their preference. Beyond medication management, Jan provides alternative therapies, including Hypnosis and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, for those seeking non-traditional treatment options.

Jan approaches every patient with compassion, recognizing the uniqueness of their story. She is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported. Her ultimate goal is simple yet profound: to help people live better lives.
