    At Nova Health, your experience is calm, structured, and supportive from start to finish. SPRAVATO® treatments are administered onsite in our clinic under clinical supervision, ensuring safety while allowing you to remain in a familiar, comfortable setting.

    Following administration, you’ll spend a required monitored observation period in a quiet, relaxing space designed to promote rest and ease. Sessions are intentionally unhurried. You’re encouraged to rest, listen to calming music, or simply sit quietly while your body and mind process the treatment. You will not be permitted to drive after your visit, so arranging transportation home is required.

    Patients often describe SPRAVATO® sessions as peaceful and grounding. Our team remains present throughout the process to provide comfort, reassurance, and support, answering questions and addressing any concerns in real time. Temporary sensations such as dissociation or lightheadedness may occur and are expected, closely monitored, and typically resolve before you leave the clinic. Transportation home is required, as driving after treatment is not permitted.

    SPRAVATO® is delivered as part of an ongoing treatment schedule, often starting with more frequent sessions that gradually taper based on response and clinical guidance.
